Business Development Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate events and experiential marketing. - Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking and client visits. - Arrange appointments and present company services to prospective clients. - Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. - Follow up on enquiries, negotiate with clients and secure confirmed projects. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports. Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related fields. - Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development; fresh graduates are welcome. - Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented. - Confident in cold calling, meeting clients and developing new business. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage. - Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings.
