Job Summary
Sport Planet Warehouse Outlet is seeking a Management Trainee to assist in daily store operations, team management, and customer service. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in retail management to prepare for future leadership roles. Fresh graduates holding a relevant Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily outlet operations and store activities
- Support Branch Manager in supervising staff, attendance, and tasks
- Help achieve sales targets and maintain customer service standards
- Participate in retail management development for future leadership

- Ability to work in a retail environment on a shift basis
Job Details
1. Store Operations: Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store activities.
2. Team & Staff Management: Support the Branch Manager in supervising staff, attendance, performance and daily tasks.
3. Sales & Customer Service: Assist in achieving sales targets and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
4. Management Development: Gain hands-on experience in different areas of retail management and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field.
