Sales Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and expand the company's client base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. - Generate new interior design and fit-out project opportunities for the company. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Follow up on sales enquiries and project opportunities from initial discussion to project completion. - Work closely with the in-house design team to develop practical, creative, and competitive design solutions that meet clients' requirements. - Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure their requirements are addressed promptly. - Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required. - Prepare project proposals, quotations, and related documentation. - Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Requirements: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in interior design projects, project coordination, business development, or sales-related roles. - Experience in the interior design, renovation, fit-out, or construction industry will be an added advantage. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building abilities. - Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage. - Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
