Job Summary
Car Smart One Sdn Bhd is hiring energetic and motivated individuals for a Used Car Sales Executive role. The position involves assisting customers with vehicle selection, handling sales leads through various digital channels, and promoting cars on social media platforms. Fresh graduates are welcome and full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in choosing suitable used vehicles
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads
- Promote vehicles through TikTok, Facebook and social media
- Create sales content and participate in live sessions
- Arrange customer appointments and test drives
Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Confident, hardworking, and disciplined
- Comfortable using social media and appearing in videos
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Details
Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and follow up sales leads through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
- Promote vehicles through TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create simple sales videos/content and participate in live sessions.
- Arrange customer appointments, showroom visits and test drives.
- Build good customer relationships and follow up until the sale is completed.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no used car sales experience are welcome.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Confident, hardworking, disciplined and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using social media and appearing in simple sales videos/live sessions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a sales team.
- Previous sales or automotive experience is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
