Job Summary
The Executive will support the preparation of management reports, financial analysis, and forecasting. The role involves optimizing reporting workflows and inventory management through process improvements and system enhancements. You will also collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate information delivery and support daily operational requirements.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support in preparation and delivery of accurate and timely management reports and financial analysis and forecast.
- Ensure timely and accurate provision of information requested by stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and other related department.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve the accuracy of forecasting methodologies and automate reporting workflows.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities, Collaborate with regional planners to balance inventories and lead times.
- Participate in system enhancements, User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities, and implementation of digital or analytical tools supporting process optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and system owners to ensure operational requirements are embedded into process and system designs.
- Assist and support in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Business / Economics or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates or up to 1-2 years of working experience.
- Good Communication skills, diligent and ability to collaborate effectively across business and finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Team player, fast learner and has a positive learning attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- High level of ownership, adaptability and continuous improvement mindset.
