Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities Inventory & Stock Control - Receive and inspect incoming goods, record stock accurately, and update inventory records in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets. - Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report variances to supervisors. Order & Fulfillment - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with attention to accuracy and packaging standards. - Coordinate with delivery partners and maintain basic fulfilment metrics and documentation. Operations & Administrative Support - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse following company procedures and safety practices. - Support administrative tasks, prepare routine reports, and assist with stock audits and paperwork. Requirements Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or FMCG warehousing. - SPM or equivalent; diploma in logistics or supply chain is a plus. - Physically fit to perform warehouse duties. - This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Malaysia who hold valid Malaysian citizenship. Hard Skills & Knowledge - Practical knowledge of warehouse inventory management and order fulfilment processes. - Comfortable using SQL, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for stock reports and reconciliation. - Familiarity with order picking, RFID tagging and scanning, and basic stock control procedures. Soft Skills & Qualities - Demonstrated accountability, punctuality, and professional responsibility in daily tasks. - Clear communication and ability to work cooperatively in a small team environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday (9am-1pm)
