Job Summary
The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily store operations and drive sales performance to meet KPIs. This role involves leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team while ensuring excellent customer service and visual merchandising standards. The position also requires managing inventory, cash handling, and staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiency.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet.
- Drive store and individual sales performance to achieve sales targets and KPI results.
- Monitor and analyse retail metrics (conversion, ATV, UPT) to improve business performance.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling to meet daily operational needs.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and sales results.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of store team members.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand compliance.
- Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, loss prevention, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (VM, Operations, Logistics, Marketing) on store-related matters.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
- Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve store KPIs.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Familiar with POS systems, cashiering, inventory control, and basic reporting.
- Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, professional, reliable, and high integrity.
- Proactive, organised, and able to perform in a fast-paced retail environment.
