Live Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities Priority: TikTok LIVE Host and conduct TikTok LIVE sessions to promote and sell our products. Engage with viewers, answer questions and create an interactive shopping experience. Present products confidently and explain product features, benefits and promotions. Assist in planning LIVE content, talking points and creative selling angles. Stay updated with TikTok trends, LIVE trends and e-commerce content. Social Media & Content Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms. Brainstorm creative content ideas, hooks and storytelling angles. Assist with video shoots, product demonstrations and other content production. Monitor social media trends and suggest ideas to increase engagement and audience interaction. E-Commerce Admin Assist the e-commerce team with daily administrative tasks. Assist with product listings, order-related tasks, data entry and basic platform management. Prepare and organise simple reports, records and other e-commerce-related documents. Note: Candidates who are unable or unsuitable to host LIVE may be considered for E-Commerce/Admin Intern responsibilities, depending on skills and company requirements. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Mass Communication, Communication, Media, Broadcasting, Retail Management, Entrepreneurship or a related field. Able and willing to host TikTok LIVE is highly preferred. Confident, cheerful, friendly and comfortable speaking in front of a camera. Passionate about TikTok, Instagram, social media and e-commerce. Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation is an advantage. Previous experience creating content, hosting LIVE or managing a personal social media account is an advantage. Personal/freelance experience is welcome. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, proactive, willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.
