Internship Service Crew

Responsibilities: - Assist in performing daily service crew duties and outlet operations. - Support stock management activities, including stock counting and inventory checks. - Learn and follow all company SOPs and operational procedures. - Assist in maintaining service standards and product quality. - Report maintenance or operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager. - Work closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and achieve outlet goals. - Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times. - Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product and service knowledge. - Understand the restaurant menu, promotions, and key selling points to assist customers effectively. - Assist in outlet audits, cleanliness checks, and ensure company standards are maintained. - Support other operational duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
