Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.

Prepare documents, reports, letters, presentations, and other office materials.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data and records.
Assist with office supplies, inventory, and purchasing.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes when required.
Assist management and other departments with administrative tasks and projects.
Handle confidential information professionally and maintain discretion.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments when necessary.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
