We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Field Operations & Promoter Management Intern to support promoter deployment, campaign manpower coordination, and activation operations. The intern will assist in managing promoter activities, scheduling, and ensuring smooth campaign execution. This role is ideal for students seeking hands-on experience in event operations and manpower coordination.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in promoter recruitment, onboarding and deployment activities.
- Support promoter scheduling, attendance tracking and manpower coordination for campaigns and events.
- Assist in conducting promoter briefings and communicating campaign requirements.
- Monitor promoter attendance, deployment status and campaign execution progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors and promoters to support daily operational requirements.
- Support activation site coordination and event execution activities.
- Prepare attendance records, deployment schedules and operational reports.
- Maintain promoter databases, campaign documentation and administrative records.
- Support daily operational and administrative tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree students in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Event Management or related fields.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and administrative systems.
- Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
