Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day IT support: troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Help maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, user accounts, system access).
- Support AI/ML initiatives such as data collection, preprocessing, and model testing.
- Work with IT and Data teams to implement automation tools (chatbots, scripts, AI-driven monitoring).
- Document technical processes, AI experiments, and IT support activities.
- Research emerging AI technologies and suggest possible applications for business improvement.

Requirements:
