Stock Control Assistant
Job Summary
The Stock Control Assistant will monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across warehouses and retail outlets while performing daily stock movement recordings. The candidate ensures all inventory records are updated promptly and accurately in the system while assisting with stock reconciliation. Additionally, the role supports the inventory team with administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.

Job Details
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels across warehouse and retail outlets
- Perform daily stock movement recording, including stock receiving, transfers, returns and adjustments
- Ensure all stock records are updated accurately and in a timely manner in the system
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of stock-related records
- Assist with stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records
- Support the Stock Control/Inventory team in daily administrative and operational tasks
- Perform any other duties related to inventory and stock control as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse administration, or related fields is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock movement processes
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock records and documentation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and inventory/stock management systems
- Able to perform data entry and maintain proper documentation in an organised manner
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with warehouse and retail outlet teams
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines
- Willing to perform other inventory and stock control duties as assigned by the supervisor
