Job Summary
Mindstars Education is seeking an Internship English Teacher to gain real classroom teaching experience and develop communication skills. The intern will conduct engaging tuition classes, prepare teaching materials, and support students' academic growth. Training will be provided, and candidates should be passionate about education and working with children.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging tuition classes independently
- Prepare customized worksheets and teaching aids
- Assist students with homework and academic support
- Monitor classroom participation and track academic growth
- Gain hands-on teaching experience with KSSR and Cambridge/IGCSE curricula
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Education, English, or related fields
- Loves working with children
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible, patient, and eager to learn
- Commitment to an internship duration of 3 to 8 months

Requirements: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Education, English, or related fields. Loves working with children—patient, caring, and enthusiastic about teaching. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage). Responsible, patient, and eager to learn. Able to work according to the assigned schedule/shift provided by the centre. Able to commit to an internship duration of 3 to 8 months (or longer). No prior teaching experience required—training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities:
- Class Instruction: Conduct engaging tuition classes independently, tailoring guidance to students' individual learning needs.
- Curriculum & Materials: Prepare customized worksheets, teaching aids, and interactive learning activities.
- Homework & Academic Support: Assist students with daily homework, school assignments, and core learning activities.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor classroom participation, track academic growth, and submit regular teaching reports documenting progress and follow-up areas.
- Curriculum Exposure: Gain hands-on teaching experience with KSSR and/or Cambridge/IGCSE curricula based on assigned classes.
