KOL KOC Intern
Job Summary
This internship position involves assisting in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating with KOLs and influencers for various campaigns. The intern will help prepare content guidelines, track posting schedules, monitor deliverables, and compile performance reports. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the KOL database and providing onsite support for campaigns when necessary.
Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Undergraduate/fresh graduate in relevant field
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
Job Details
Assist in sourcing and shortlisting suitable KOLs / influencers for campaigns Help prepare KOL briefs and content guidelines Coordinate with KOLs on deliverables and timelines Track posting schedules and ensure deliverables are completed on time Monitor KOL postings and compile screenshots / links for reporting Assist in preparing post-campaign KOL performance reports Maintain and update KOL database and contact list Onsite for campaigns during weekday or weekend if needed.
Requirements
Able to work in tight schedule and stressful environment
Undergraduates/fresh graduates with Marketing/Communications/PR/English degree.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, and others
Have excellent comprehension and communication skills to manage different stakeholders when performing assigned tasks
Is an organised multi-tasker who’s able to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
Mandarin speaking is a plus
