Retail Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Assistant to provide excellent customer service, handle cashier duties, and maintain product merchandising. The ideal candidate should be approachable, able to manage store cleanliness, and willing to handle administrative tasks. Both SPM holders and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide good customer service and build relationships
- Handle cashiering and payment processing
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining stock levels
- Maintain a clean and pleasant shopping environment
- Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks
Required Skills
- SPM level or diploma fresh graduate
- Good customer interaction and communication
- Retail experience is an advantage
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide good customers service to customers
- Willing to interacts with customer, answer customer enquiry and build relationship
- Cashiering-being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Assist in merchandising product and always maintain complete stock level
- Maintain a pleasant shopping environment in outlet by creating a clean, tidy, and well organized display
- Handle in administration work and any other ad hoc tasks from time to time.
