Social Media Intern
Job Summary
Hiredly is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Intern with a focus on video and design to manage their presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, XiaoHongShu, and Douyin. The ideal candidate is fast, organized, and capable of producing high-quality content and graphics without constant supervision. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation on the creative frontline.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, XHS, and Douyin
- Produce high-quality, fast-paced videos using CapCut or Adobe
- Create shareable carousels and graphic designs
- Support university engagement booths and office admin tasks
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills
- Strong command of English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Fast-paced, highly organized, and proactive mindset
Job Details
Your Mission:
- Own the Feed: Manage our presence across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta (IG/FB), XiaoHongShu, and Douyin.
- Master the Edit: Produce high-quality, fast-paced videos using CapCut/Adobe. You know how to hook a viewer in the first 3 seconds.
- Design That Pops: Create beautiful, shareable carousels and graphics.
- All-Rounder Support: You are a true Swiss Army Knife. From helping set up university engagement booths to organizing office admin, you are the person we can count on to get things done.
Red Flags (Do NOT Apply If):
- You move slowly. We embrace speed. If you need 3 days to edit one 15-second video, you will struggle here.
- You are disorganized. We juggle multiple platforms. If you can’t keep your files and schedule tight, you’ll drown.
- You get overwhelmed easily. Things change fast here. We need someone who can pivot instantly without panicking.
- You wait to be told what to do. We want problem solvers with a "can-do" attitude, not order takers.
Requirements:
- Background: We don’t care what you study (Engineering? Culinary? Marketing? Doesn't matter). We care that you can do the work.
- A Creator: You have a portfolio or a personal feed that proves you know how to edit and design.
- Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
- Language: Strong command of English. (Proficiency in Mandarin for XHS/Douyin content is a massive plus).
- The Personality: You are sharp, organized, and hungry to learn.
