KATHARINE MALAYSIA is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support new store expansion and lead jewellery retail operations. The role involves managing daily store activities, driving sales performance, and supervising retail staff. Candidates must be fluent in spoken Mandarin and possess relevant retail experience.

KATHARINE MALAYSIA Retail Supervisor — Jewellery Retail & New Store Expansion
Location: Kuala Lumpur / Selangor
Basic Salary: RM3,500–RM4,500 per month
Additional Income: Sales Commission + Performance Bonuses + New Store Opening Incentives
Job Responsibilities
Phase 1: New Store Setup
* Assist in identifying suitable retail locations and liaising with shopping mall and supermarket management.
* Support business negotiations, staff recruitment and new store opening preparations.
Phase 2: Retail Operations & Management
* Lead jewellery sales activities and achieve sales targets.
* Recruit, train and supervise retail sales staff.
* Manage daily store operations and improve team sales performance.
* Support future store expansion and business development.

Requirements
Job Requirements
* Fluent spoken Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory. Candidates must be able to speak and understand Mandarin fluently. Reading and writing Chinese are not required.
* Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
* Candidates with relevant experience in retail sales, team management or store operations will be given preference.
* Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
