Housekeeping Manager

Oversee and lead the daily supervision and effective operation of the houskeeping department at the Resort to ensure excellent customer service standards Supervise cleaning of all areas of responsibility including 80 guest rooms and Resort facilities Perform routine inspections of all guest rooms and public areas Hire and conduct training of housekeeping staff to ensure performance meets the standards required Assign duties and coordinate staff scheduling Efficiently manage stock control and maintenance of all cleaning equipment Responsible to check staff grooming and hygiene Report all maintenance defects and follow up Requirements: Candidate must possess in depth knowledge of housekeeping services, including a solid understanding of effective cleaning methods, equipment and machinery handling, chemical use and manual handling techniques. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
