Logistics Associate
Job Summary
You will run the delivery side of the business by planning daily routes, coordinating drivers, and ensuring timely meal deliveries. The role requires staying calm during peak hours while managing real-time tracking, resolving delays, and working closely with the kitchen team. We are looking for an organized candidate with strong communication skills and comfort using spreadsheets and apps.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise daily delivery routes across Singapore
- Assign, schedule and coordinate drivers, including backup cover
- Track deliveries in real time and resolve delays
- Work with the kitchen team on dispatch timing and packing flow
- Handle weekly changes and subscriber address updates
- Respond to subscriber and driver queries about delivery
Required Skills
- Diploma or degree in any field
- Strong organisation and time management
- Good with spreadsheets and apps
- Clear communicator in English, Chinese and Malay
- Familiarity with Singapore's geography

You are the person the kitchen and drivers rely on at peak hours, so you need to stay calm when things go wrong. What you’ll do Plan and optimise daily delivery routes across Singapore Assign, schedule and coordinate drivers, including backup cover for absences Track deliveries in real time and resolve delays, missed drops and address issues Work with the kitchen team on dispatch timing and packing flow Handle weekly changes such as postponed or skipped deliveries and updates to subscriber addresses Respond to subscriber and driver queries about delivery Keep delivery records accurate and report on punctuality and issues Requirements What we’re looking for Diploma or degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome, and logistics or supply chain studies are a plus Strong organisation and time management, and comfort with a fast daily rhythm Good with spreadsheets and apps. Route planning tools and Airtable are a plus Clear communicator, comfortable giving instructions to drivers Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Malay Familiarity with Singapore’s geography and estates, or a willingness to learn quickly Must be eligible to work in Singapore.
