Impact Program Intern
Job Summary
Ratio Cause is seeking enthusiastic interns to contribute to the planning of social impact campaigns and programs. Interns will work closely with the program associates to manage various campaigns, engage stakeholders, and develop content materials. Exceptional interns will be considered for full-time positions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute online and on-ground programmes and campaigns
- Engage with partners, communities, and stakeholders for outreach
- Develop content materials for campaigns and social media
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva
- Strong interest in impact programmes and proactive mindset
Job Details
Internship Scope:
Programme Support
- Work with the programmes team in the coordination and execution of programmes, campaigns, and initiatives both online and on ground.
- Assist with programme preparation, coordination support and on-ground execution.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in engaging with various partners, communities, and stakeholders.
- Able to strategise and do outreach to reach out to target communities and partners for each programme.
Content & Communications
- Assist in developing content materials for campaign, social media, presentations, and other needs.
- Support documentation of programme activities and key highlights.
Job Requirements:
- Students from any discipline, fresh graduates, are welcomed as long as you have a keen and strong interest in impact programmes!
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is a must.
- Eagerness to learn and take on tasks, a proactive mindset.
- Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.
- Willingness to take on challenges and proactive in learning different tasks.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, Canva.
- Creative, driven and interested in being part of curating and managing impact programmes for Ratio:Cause and its clients and partners.
- Able to travel overseas and outstation as and when needed
