Video Editor Intern
Job Summary
IPGMY (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a Video Editor Intern to assist with video shooting and mainly handle video editing tasks including project videos, short-form reels, and event content. The ideal candidate should have basic experience with editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro and a willingness to learn. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10.30 AM to 6.30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assist with video shooting when required
- Edit project videos, short-form reels, and event videos
- Add subtitles, transitions, music, and effects
- Handle ad hoc video editing tasks
Required Skills
- Basic experience with CapCut or Premiere Pro
- Understanding of video editing principles
- Good sense of pacing and visual flow
- Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
Job Details
Job Scope:
1. Assist with video shooting when required.
2. Mainly responsible for video editing, including project videos, short-form reels, event videos and other content.
3. Ensure all videos are aligned with the company’s branding and content style.
4. Add subtitles, transitions, music, effects and other basic enhancements to improve video quality and engagement.
5. Handle ad hoc video editing tasks and requests when needed.
Working Hours:
10.30AM - 6.30PM (Mon - Fri)
Requirements:
1. Basic experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
2. Understands basic video editing principles.
3. Has a good sense of pacing, music, captions and visual flow.
4. Willing to learn and able to take feedback and make improvement.
5. Portfolio / previous editing work is preferred.
6. Detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines.
