Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Producer Intern to support planning and execution of social-first video productions. The intern will assist in drafting production documents, coordinating on-site shoots, and tracking production workflows. The ideal candidate has experience with editing software and a strong understanding of short-form content.

Job Details
Job Description:
- Assist in planning short-form videos, reels, and platform-native content for client social channels
- Help draft production documents: scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and talent/casting needs (under guidance of the Social Producer)
- Update and maintain the production schedule so the marketing, production, and editing teams always see the latest version
- Read client briefs and campaign objectives, then summarise key points for the team
- Support on-site shoots and recces: prepare checklists, note setups, take reference photos, help with set logistics
- Assist in coordinating with videographers, studios, talent, and editors (scheduling, reminders, sharing files)
- Review editing drafts against the brief and give simple feedback (e.g. wrong text, missing logo, timing issues) for the Social Producer to consolidate
- Track production progress and flag delays or issues to the Social Producer early
- Research social video trends, platform best practices, and new content formats, then share short summaries with the team
- Help compile post-production performance data into simple reports and note basic learnings for future productions
Requirements:
- Preferably the candidates that are currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Comm/ Multimedia Design/ Advertising/ Cinematic Arts/ Digital Media & Film Production.
- Hands-on experience across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, or other similar editing programs or software.
- Good aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate well (written & verbal), plus points for being multilingual (English, Mandarin and Malay).
- Ability to withstand pressure from tight timelines (complete tasks on time).
- Ability to visualize and present concepts and designs for review and approval by the team.
