Rewards System Tester
Job Summary
We are looking for Rewards Testers to help our QA team test the user experience, referral functions, rewards, and promotional features of the GXBank mobile application. The role involves following predefined testing instructions, completing eligible test scenarios, recording the results, and providing screenshots or feedback to our QA team. Selected candidates will work closely with the QA team to ensure application quality and report bugs or unexpected results.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Download and install the official GXBank mobile application.
- Register and complete the required account setup according to the assigned test scenario.
- Test referral / referral-code functionality where applicable.
- Test eligible rewards and promotional features.
- Follow the assigned testing workflow accurately.
- Record the steps completed and results received.
- Take screenshots of relevant screens, error messages, or reward status.
- Report any bugs, failed transactions, or unexpected results.
- Provide feedback on the user experience and application flow.
- Cooperate with the QA team to complete assigned test cases.
Example Testing Tasks
- Download the official GXBank app.
- Create an account using the assigned test procedure.
- Complete required identity verification if applicable.
- Test the assigned referral or promotional feature.
- Complete the eligible activity specified in the test case.
- Check whether the expected reward or status is displayed.
- Record the result and provide screenshots.
- Submit the completed test report to the QA team.
Requirements
- Must be based in Malaysia.
- Must have an Android or iOS smartphone.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications.
- Able to follow step-by-step instructions.
- Good attention to detail.
- Able to take screenshots and submit testing evidence.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Previous QA, UAT, mobile app testing, or fintech testing experience is an advantage.
