Executive Driver
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and reliable Personal / Executive Driver to provide safe and punctual transportation for Directors and Management. The ideal candidate must be experienced in driving luxury vehicles, possess a clean driving record, and be flexible with working hours. Responsibilities include handling executive transport, vehicle maintenance care, and performing ad-hoc errands as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and punctual transportation for Directors and Management
- Handle luxury and high-end vehicles with proper care and maintenance
- Perform ad-hoc errands and personal assistance duties as assigned
- Assist with luggage and navigate using GPS applications
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience
- Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean record
- Experience in driving luxury and premium vehicles
- Good knowledge of major highways, KL, and Selangor
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Job Details
Working Hours Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PMSunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On rotation with another driver; Sunday duty will rotate weekly.) Note: Working hours may be adjusted depending on the Director’s schedule and business requirements. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is expected

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience. Previous experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Company Driver, VIP Driver, or Family Driver is preferred. Experience driving luxury and premium vehicles is highly preferred. Must possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean and responsible driving record. Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and major highways. Familiar with GPS and navigation applications such as Google Maps and Waze. Able to drive confidently and safely in heavy traffic, highways, city areas, and unfamiliar locations. Good understanding of proper vehicle handling and care, particularly for luxury and high-value vehicles. Must be punctual, reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious. Professional appearance, good personal hygiene, and polite manners are required. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion. Good communication skills and a pleasant personality. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage. Physically fit and able to assist with luggage and other reasonable duties. Able to work flexible hours and respond to changes in the Director's schedule when required. Must be willing to perform ad-hoc errands and personal assistance duties when assigned by Management.
