Job Details
Prepare beverages according to restaurant standards. Monitor and replenish garnishes, ice and other beverage supplies. Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service. Take care of customers throughout their dining experience. Clear and reset tables promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining and beverage preparation areas. Assist with general restaurant operations during busy periods. Work closely with kitchen and service team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements Experience in F&B, restaurant service, café, beverage preparation or customer service is an advantage. Fresh candidates may also be considered if they are willing to learn. Friendly and customer-service oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, punctual and presentable. No specific academic qualification required. Able to communicate in Malay; basic English would be helpful. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Working Hours & Benefits Working hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM, or according to shift arrangement. Overtime may be available at RM15 per hour. Approximately 1–2 off days per week. Public holidays: 8 days and above per year. Duty meals provided. Uniform provided. Allowance/benefits provided. Accommodation may be arranged if necessary. Probation period: 1 month.
