Customer Service Assistant
Job Summary
Promab Legacy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Assistant to handle counter and social media inquiries in Ampang & Kuala Lumpur. Candidates must be Malaysian citizens aged 18-35 with a minimum SPM qualification and able to start immediately. The role involves providing product information, managing appointments, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and attend to customers at counter and social media
- Provide product information and recommend suitable products
- Manage customer enquiries, appointments, bookings and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Malaysian citizen aged 18-35
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa
- Good communication and customer service skills
