Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Crew member to provide friendly customer service, take orders, and ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized. Candidates should have a positive attitude, be customer-oriented, and be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Job Details
Responsibilities:

- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
- Handle customer feedback or complaints politely and report to supervisor
- Support team members during peak hours
