Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Hardware & Processing
- Inspect, test and diagnose laptops, desktops, monitors and other IT equipment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware repairs.
- Replace or upgrade components such as RAM, SSD, HDD, batteries, keyboards, screens and other parts.
- Install operating systems, drivers and required software.
- Prepare refurbished computers according to company quality standards.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Count and verify incoming and outgoing stock.
- Label, record and organize IT assets accurately.
- Update inventory records and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure parts and equipment are stored systematically.
Order Fulfilment
- Prepare customer orders accurately.
- Perform final quality checks before delivery.
- Pack products securely for courier shipment or bulk delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading stock when required.
Warranty & After Sales
- Diagnose warranty returns.
- Perform repairs or replacements where necessary.
- Record findings and update service records.
General Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
- Assist other departments whenever required.
- Continuously learn new skills and adapt to new technologies.
