Accounting Manager
Job Summary
As an Accounting Manager or Finance Head, you will play a crucial part in the financial management and strategic decision-making of our organisation in Klang, Selangor. Your responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing full set accounts, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will report directly to the Group CFO and support the implementation of new workflows.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements
- Maintain accurate full set accounting records
- Handle budget preparation and cash flow planning
- Liaise with tax agents and auditors
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years accounting or finance experience
- Proficiency in SQL and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Job Details
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Knowledge of full set accounting book and maintain accurate accounting records
- Preparation of budget, cash flow planning and forecast reports
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and controls
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Experiencing to liaise with Tax agent and Auditor complete necessary annual report and document
- Reporting to Group CFO directly and support to implement new workflow
- Any experienced candidate can considered as Senior Finance Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role in trading or manufacturing
- Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting software (SQL), and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
