What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and relevant digital channels.
- Support integrated lead-generation and sales campaigns across paid media, organic social, email, web, content, and partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads and appointments for BP Chiro, and online sales for JOINT18.
- Work closely with internal marketing stakeholders, including paid media, content, design, website, SEO, and operations teams.

- Support the development of insight-led content campaigns, including blogs, educational content, videos, webinars, customer stories, and downloadable resources.
- Help position the website and landing pages as key conversion points for campaign traffic, ensuring clear customer journeys from advertisement to enquiry, booking, or purchase.
- Analyse advertising, website, sales, and lead data using dashboards and AI-powered tools.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and identify which initiatives should be scaled, improved, paused, or stopped.
- Turn performance data into clear, practical recommendations for improving marketing spend, campaign ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.

- You speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin.
- You are naturally curious about consumer behavior, e-commerce, and the wellness industry.
- You aren't intimidated by numbers, spreadsheets, or learning how to read marketing data.
- You are a proactive tinkerer who loves experimenting with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and new tech.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, or analytics is a nice bonus, but absolutely not a dealbreaker.
