Architectural Drafter

Responsibilities: - Prepare, update, and revise architectural drawings using AutoCAD. - Produce layout plans, working drawings, submission drawings, and construction details. - Coordinate architectural drawings with consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal departments. - Assist in project planning, design development, and documentation. - Conduct site visits, site measurements, and monitor construction progress when required. - Ensure drawings comply with local authority requirements and company standards. - Organise and maintain project drawings, records, and documentation. - Assist in preparing presentation materials and design proposals. - Support the Project Manager or Architect with day-to-day project coordination. - Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements: - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline. - Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in architecture, drafting, or the construction industry. - Proficient in AutoCAD. - Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings. - Knowledge of local authority submission procedures is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines. - Applicants residing in Terengganu or nearby areas are preferred. - Applicants who possess their own reliable transportation are preferred.
