Engineering Project Internship
Job Summary
The intern will assist engineers in preparing project documentation, including scopes and progress reports. Responsibilities include supporting site visits, field assessments, and tracking installation progress. Additionally, the intern will aid in UAT sessions and the preparation of shop drawings and equipment delivery.

- Proficiency in MS Office & AutoCAD

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist engineer to prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, project scopes, and progress reports.
- Follow project for site visits to assist with field assessments, track installation progress, and document client requirements if needed.
- Assist engineer for preparing as built and shop drawing.
- Assist engineer during UAT with end user.
- Assist engineer for preparing equipment for delivery to site.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics, or related fields.
- MS Office: Power Point, Word & Excel, Internet, AutoCAD, email and website technology skill.
- Good Communication Skills in English (ability to write grammatically correct English and spoken), Good Coordination skills and Good Customer Service skills.
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Language Required: Fluent in Malay and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Willing to work at Kuchai Lama.
