Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and provide product recommendations to customers.
- Support sales achievement and contribute to store sales growth.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness.
- Build strong rapport and positive relationships with customers.
- Handle cashiering duties and cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
- Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas.
- Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and store records.
- Monitor store activities, track sales performance, and support daily operations.
- Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
- Independent, responsible, and self-motivated.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- No experience required – training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
