Marketing Executive cum PA

Executive Support - Provide day-to-day support to the management team. - Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Coordinate meetings and assist with administrative tasks. - Handle ad-hoc assignments and business-related matters. Content Creation & Mobile Videography - Capture photos and videos using smartphones during daily activities, business meetings, and outstation trips. - Record behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and travel content for social media platforms. - Assist in creating engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. Travel Support - Accompany management during local and outstation business trips. - Assist in coordinating travel itineraries and logistics. - Ensure important moments and activities are documented through photos and videos. Social Media Support - Generate creative ideas for content. - Assist in organizing and managing content assets. - Work closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content. Requirements Must-Have - Comfortable travelling and going outstation when required. - Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and social media trends. - Comfortable using smartphones for photo and video recording. - Strong sense of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Possess a valid driving license and own transportation. Nice-To-Have - Experience as a Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or Videographer. - Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or video editing apps. - Comfortable appearing in videos when necessary. - Passion for travel, lifestyle, and content creation.
