Job Summary
Dormez Fabrication Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable supply. The role involves managing purchase orders, reviewing procurement contracts, and monitoring supplier performance across warehouse, sales, and operations teams. Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience and be proficient in Mandarin.

Manage purchase orders based on inventory, sales forecasts, and production needs.
Review procurement contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supply chain risks.
Prepare procurement reports and spending analysis for Management.
Guide junior procurement staff when required.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.
Good knowledge of procurement, contract management, and inventory planning.
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular communication and negotiation with international suppliers, particularly those from China and Vietnam.
