The Retail Sale Executive for Dreame Store is responsible for promoting products, providing high-quality customer service, and maintaining store operations. The role involves managing stock, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales performance goals. Team members will receive comprehensive product training and ongoing mentorship to ensure success in a dynamic retail environment.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Promote products or services to customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer customer queries.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to ensure accurate and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding stock requirements, damage, or discrepancies.
- Maintain records of daily sales and promotions, and submit reports to management on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant information.
- Ensure customers received high-quality service and that their complaints and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Establish strong presence of DREAME (powered by DASHER) branding.
Requirements:
- Good command of written and spoken English and 中文.
- Able to work 4-Day a week, shift rotation (10am to 10pm).
- Ability to assist customer enquiries and introduce products to walk-in customers.
- Bubbly, cheerful, and joyful personality.
- Ability to participate in brainstorming sessions and decision-making meetings.
