Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing boutique agency. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to ensure client KPIs are met. The role involves managing campaign performance, copywriting, visual coordination, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and client KPIs
- Prepare copywriting and visual briefs
- Generate monthly client reports
- Manage chatbots and external freelancers
Required Skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Illustrator
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, strategizing, executing and optimizing Social Media campaigns, particularly Facebook & Instagram
- Monitoring of Social Media campaign performances to ensure client KPIs are met
- Preparation of copywriting for client campaigns
- Preparation of visual briefing and liaising with designers
- Assist in preparation of client monthly reports
- Liaise with client for campaign information, strategy, and updates
- Chatbot management and creation
- Freelancer and third party service provider management
- Assisting in monitoring and updating about market trends of various clients’ industries
- All other relevant tasks
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English; Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
- Education in Marketing or related field
- At least 6 months working experience in related field (Digital Marketing) or any structured environment (full training on all job related aspects will be provided)
- Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage
- Analytical, performance driven and organized individual
- Detail-oriented and have good time management skills to complete tasks and projects
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility
