Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering requirements by identifying user needs and recommending solutions.
- Develop user requirement documents, functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Perform application testing to confirm system functions.
- Support implementation and training activities.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on banking technologies.
- Analyze, develop, and propose enhancements to current business processes and applications.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Conduct inquiries about developing new information systems.
- Write functional specifications for application development and enhancements.
- Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing systems.
- Prepare functional, systems, and program specifications.
- Prepare project proposals with the pre-sales team.
- Provide status updates on assigned projects.
- Serve as an escalation point for troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain working relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Advanced Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information System/Business Administration or related field.
- Strong command of English (writing, listening, and speaking).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a business analyst or in a bank/financial institution.
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects preferred.
- Familiarity with software development methodology and business solution processes.
- Strong requirements management and business process mapping skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
