Job Summary
You will serve as the face of Scandy's, creating memorable experiences for customers in our premium Swedish candy store. The role involves managing daily store operations, keeping the candy wall stocked and visually appealing, and engaging with our community. We are seeking energetic team players who are passionate about retail and eager to grow with a fast-expanding brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and stock replenishment
- Provide exceptional customer service and engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness and product presentation
- Process transactions via POS system
- Support social media content creation
Required Skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Valid Food Handling Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual and reliable professional attitude
- Previous retail, F&B, or hospitality experience

- Manage stock counts, replenishment, and daily store operations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and Instagram-worthy store experience
- Process purchases through our POS system
- Assist with simple social media content and customer engagement
- Prepare gifting products and personalised candy tubs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences

Requirements:
- 18 years old and above
- Valid Food Handling Certificate & Typhoid Vaccination
- Own transport
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu
- Friendly, energetic, and confident talking to customers
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Loves learning and working in a fast-paced environment
- Retail, F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
