The Retail Assistant will handle daily customer service, including greeting and assisting shoppers, managing sales transactions, and processing returns. Candidates must be reliable, willing to learn, and available for weekday shifts.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers, answering queries, offering advice on products, and resolving complaints.
- Processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Restocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring products are properly priced.
- Cleaning the sales floor, organizing displays, and maintaining tidiness of shop.
- Monitoring the store to prevent theft and being vigilant.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SPM, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- A positive, willing-to-learn attitude as training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills, basic math skills for cashiering.
- Available on Weekdays.
