Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders and handle payments.
- Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, equipment, and workstations.
- Ensure ingredients and supplies are properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Work together with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Requirements:
- Located in Pavillion Bukit Jalil.
- Fresh graduates & NO experience are WELCOME! Training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of milk tea, brewing techniques & beverage trends.
