Bartender and Cleaner
Job Summary
This position covers both food court cleaning/dishwashing and bar service duties. You will be responsible for maintaining outlet cleanliness, washing kitchenware, and preparing hot/cold beverages. The role requires a flexible candidate capable of handling inventory, customer service, and health safety standards.

Job Details
Food Court Cleaner/Dishwasher Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleanliness of the premises in which they work in by performing cleaning duties (wiping surfaces, cleaning, sweeping and mopping).
- Cleaning of assigned area and ensuring cleanliness and dryness of the outlet.
- Collecting and removing of waste/rubbish from work area to collection point as directed.
- Timely clean the tables after customer has consumed their meals to cut short the waiting time for the next customer.
- Cleaning of all kitchenware for outlets usage.
- All other duties pertaining to cleaning.
Food Court Bartender Job Description:
- Ensure the bar area is set up and stocked.
- Prepare the simple components of each soft drink, shake, hot beverage to menu and customer specifications.
- Cash up the days takings in accordance with company policy.
- Make sure bar and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Assist waiting staff where appropriate and needed.
Required Qualities:
- At least 1 years proven reliable employee track record in a relevant role.
- Good use of the English/Malay language.
- Good comprehension of discussions in English/Bahasa.
- Self motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate with management and work together to problem solve.
