Barista

Responsibilities: - Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and serving standards at all times. - Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, recommend menu items, handle cashier duties, process payments, and provide friendly, fast, and efficient service. - Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, coffee machines, equipment, dining area, tables, and workstations while following hygiene, safety, and food handling standards. - Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation, stock receiving, inventory checking, expiry date monitoring, and ensure sufficient supplies for daily operations. - Support opening and closing duties, daily preparation, teamwork with kitchen and service staff, and ensure smooth outlet operations throughout the shift. Requirements: - Friendly personality with good customer service skills. - Able to take customer orders and handle cashier duties. - Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining area. - Assist with stock arrangement and daily outlet operations. - Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
