IT Finance Intern
Job Summary
The intern will support IT-Finance and Vendor Management by reviewing, processing, and recording IT-related payments for Singapore and Malaysia operations. Responsibilities include handling purchase requisitions (PR) and compiling vendor invoices within stipulated SLAs. The role requires basic arithmetic skills to ensure accurate financial calculations before payment execution.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Review, process and record all IT related payments which includes hardware, software, services and resources for both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Review and raise purchase requisition (PR) request from IT personnel to raise the PR within stipulated SLA.
- Review and compile invoices from IT vendors before processing it for payment process.
- Send invoices to IT personnel and follow-up for confirmation.
- Process invoices for payment within stipulated SLA.
- Record invoice details to the reporting file for monthly reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Basic arithmetic skills to understand on the calculation of numbers before payment execution.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
