Human Resource Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead shipboard HR operations and support crew welfare. You will manage employee relations and ensure HR policies and procedures are carried out consistently across departments. This role requires an individual capable of fostering a positive, multicultural work environment on a world-class cruise ship.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage onboard HR processes, employee relations, communication, and crew support
- Advise department heads and managers on HR matters
- Handle conflict resolution, grievances, investigations, and performance-related matters
- Support training, leadership development, crew engagement, and retention
- Ensure compliance with company policies, working hours, and maritime labour requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
- Promote a positive, respectful, and service-driven onboard work culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Manager or similar role
- Previous onboard cruise ship or 5-star hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, training, and administration
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural onboard environment
