Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Retail Assistant to manage daily operations at our Shah Alam Seksyen 13 store. The role involves handling sales, assisting customers, and maintaining store standards. We offer competitive pay along with performance-based commissions.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operation of retail store including sales, opening and closing.
- Identify customers need and provide product information.
- Advise customers with product quality.
- Ensure customers satisfaction and great shopping experience.
- Support sales event or campaign.
- Maintain retail store good image, keep clean and tidy.
- Work schedule: Monday - Saturday (8:45 AM - 5:15PM).
Requirements:
- Experience in Retail (No experience required as training is provided).
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, preferably candidate with good command in Malay.
- Organisational skills.
- Customer Service Excellence (Friendly & Professional demeanor with customer service skill).
