Sales Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Assistant for our Sport Planet Sungei Wang location to provide friendly customer service and handle daily store operations. The role involves greeting customers, managing product displays, and assisting with transactions to ensure a great shopping experience. Candidates should be reliable, willing to work shifts, and able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers professionally
- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked and clean
- Handle customer transactions and maintain sales area cleanliness

Job Details
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Be well-informed about the promotions carried out by the company and ensure that all product prices are always updated. Understand customer needs and continuously strive to attract customers and build good relationships with them. Arrange promotional and sales areas according to the guidelines provided. Be responsible for taking care of the company’s assets in the store. Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, clean, and well-presented Handling customer transactions. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock. Maintain cleanliness in the sales area, fitting rooms, and storeroom. Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Full-time and willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Retail/sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
