Telesales Professional

Position: Telesales Professional (TSP) Job Responsibilities: - Perform outbound calls to promote the company's products, services, and promotional campaigns to achieve targeted sales. - Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding products, promotions, packages, and services. - Provide accurate product information and suitable solutions while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette. - Ensure all customer interactions, information, and agreements are accurately recorded in the internal system. - Deliver professional and quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Participate and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and achieve the objectives of the call centre. Requirements Employment: Contract basis-12 months contract Benefits: Medical and insurance coverage, career progression recognition (Certificate) Basic salary: RM1,700-RM2,400 depending on experience and qualifications. Comission: Based on sales target Training: Training will be provided for 1 week (or more) Requirements: - Ability to work in dynamic/rapid changing work environment. - Ability to learn new insurance products quickly. - Good communication skills with good telephone skills. - Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field. - Pleasant personality, hardworking, willing to learn and a team player. - Good interpersonal skills & good communication skills in English & B.M. Knowledge of Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. - Must be energetic, positive minded and good team player. - At least have working experience in the related field such as telemarketing or customer service is required for this position. - Must have basic computer knowledge. - Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
