Job Summary
Loob Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Tealive Sunway Velocity. The role involves managing staff schedules, ensuring high customer service standards, and handling financial transactions. Candidates must have at least one year of F&B experience and the ability to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules and daily outlet operations
- Supervise, train, and guide team members
- Handle cash transactions and inventory management
- Prepare drinks following standard operating procedures
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
Required Skills
- 1 year experience as F&B Team Lead
- SPM or O-Level qualification
- Ability to work extra hours and Public Holidays
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Details
Supervisor Job Scope:
- Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
- Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
- Explain and promote products and offerings
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
- Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP
- Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers
Requirements:
- Candidate for Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level
- Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays
- No health issue/critical illness
